Nataly has over 20 years of experience in managing large budgets and promoting research and development projects. For many years she served in the Directorate of Defense Research & Development (DDR&D), a joint administrative body of the Israeli Ministry of Defense and Israel Defense Forces that coordinates between the Ministry of Defense, the IDF, and the military industries, and rose to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. She held senior positions, dealing with budget planning, management, control, and contracting for the Ministry of Defense. In addition, as a representative of the Israeli Ministry of Defense and the IDF in the USA, she promoted cooperative projects and fundraising for joint programs. Nataly holds a B.A. in Economics and Management from Technion, and an M.B.A. from Tel Aviv University.
