MAYA KANTOR

Head of Customer Success

Maya Kantor is an expert in service and quality, with two university degrees in economics and sociology. She has a PhD degree. For more than 15 years Maya has successfully realized her potential in top positions in the largest Russian financial-investment companies in sales, marketing and customer experience management (CX).

 

As a Sales Director and Director of Service & Quality, she has implemented and upgraded quality management systems, improving service and increasing sales.

 

Maya has initiated and executed award-winning projects in the international CX AWARDS and Crystal Headset awards. Her innovative approaches to quality management and customer experience improvement were highly appraised by the expert community, including "Organization and implementation of quality management system at the enterprise", "Client Day", "Customer Care Service", "Social Networks with Human Face" and other projects.

 

Maya actively participates in professional events, acting as an organizer and presenter of international conferences on customer experience. For the last 4 years Maya has been a member of the jury of the international CX AWARDS. In addition, she is a certified coach in J. Shawl's program "Feelings. Relationships. Become a Professional" from Service Quality Institute and a lecturer at MGIMO as part of the Retail Academy programs.

 

At SmartGen, Maya is involved in the organization of high-end customer service, which includes both the development and implementation of personalized products/services and customer service standards.
